VisioMed.AI takes second place at Yandex AI Startup Lab
Yandex has announced the results of Yandex AI Startup Lab, its accelerator for deep-tech startups: out of roughly a thousand applications from students and graduates of 146 universities, 12 teams reached the final. VisioMed.AI placed second in the DeepTech track, winning 2 million rubles and a 500,000-ruble Yandex Cloud grant. Over the three-month program we ran pilots of our retinal imaging analysis at clinics in Moscow and the regions, including the Helmholtz National Medical Research Center of Eye Diseases.
